James Rankin is a Canadian actor and puppeteer.
He is best known for his roles as Cheatsy Koopa in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3, Mr. Owl in Franklin, Stacks and Eco in Groundling Marsh, Larry de Bug in Freaky Stories, Sammy in The Adventures of Dudley the Dragon, and Buttons in Puppets Who Kill.
