Dur-Kaat is a Gata-Shin monk, who works as a guard in the Gata-Shin prison.
Biography
After Si'i was busted for his illegal guardian business, Dur-Kaat was in charge of assigning him to a prison cell, and to watch over him. He successfully rehabilitated Si'i in nine months.
When Si'i was broken out by the Zads, he was knocked out by their whips. He told the Defenders what had happened, and showed them where Si'i' is, with the tracking stone he was wearing.
